Best of Percy is a US VHS/DVD featuring 1 1st series episode, 4 2nd series episodes, and 3 3rd series episodes narrated by George Carlin and 1 2nd series episode narrated by Ringo Starr. The DVD release also featured 2 songs.

This release was distributed by Anchor Bay Entertainment in 2001 and released on DVD in 2002. It was released again in a 3-disc set with the Best of Thomas and the Best of James in 2003. Lionsgate released the title for digital download in 2013.

Audio is overlapping on 1 episode is Percy's Ghostly Trick on the VHS release.
Even though no episodes from Series 5 are featured on this release, footage from said episodes are still shown in the intermission segments.
