Best of Thomas is a US VHS/DVD release featuring 7 1st series episodes, 2 2nd series episodes, 3 3rd series episodes and 3 4th series episodes narrated by George Carlin, 2 5th series episodes and 5 6th series episodes narrated by Alec Baldwin and 3 7th series episodes narrated by Michael Brandon and 1 song. The DVD release also featured 3 additional songs.

This release was distributed by Anchor Bay Entertainment and released on DVD in 2001. And was released again in a 3-disc set with the Best of James and the Best of Percy in 2003. Lionsgate released the title for digital download in 2013.
